Since 2006, P-Town Productions has been dedicated to creating exciting social opportunities for lesbian women – and their GBT friends and straight allies – while providing professionally produced performance opportunities in northern Colorado for female musicians and comediennes, including nationally-recognized musicians Patty Larkin, Catie Curtis, and Zoë Lewis, and comedienne Vickie Shaw.

These *OUT* on the Town events occur regularly, with a goal to providing at least eight events per calendar year. In addition to concerts and comedy events, special events are occasionally planned to coincide with nationally recognized issues and causes such as GLBT Health Week and Freedom to Marry Day.

In June 2008, P-Town Productions is delighted to be involved in coordinating entertainment and marketing for Fort Collins’ “Pride in the Park V”, which will take place in Civic Center Park. Planned events include a Las Vegas-style Drag show, a cycling event along the beautiful Poudre River, a Sunday worship service, queer film screening and two evening VIP events which will take place following Pride in the Park. On October 18^,2008 P-Town Productions will support the Women’s Resource Center’s “Women Rock” event by bringing Beth Nielsen Chapman and Rebecca Folsom to the Rialto Theater.

Events occasionally showcase a cause or an organization that has had a positive, unique and invaluable impact on the community, such as The Lambda Center and NCAP, and a portion of the proceeds for those events is donated to these organizations.

P-Town Productions gratefully acknowledges the support we’ve received from the greater community, including the Sunset Event Center, Avogadro’s Number, Catalyst Coffee, Weird Sisters West newspaper, and Babes Around Denver’s founder Dede Frain.

While not technically a “non-profit” organization as determined by the IRS, P-Town Productions organizers profit primarily through the relationships formed and the friendships made while everyone is having a good time. We thank you so much for your continued support!

The beautiful Sunset Event Center located at 242 Linden Street in historic downtown Fort Collins. The Sunset offers a full menu and bar, and is a non-smoking facility. Doors generally open one hour before the scheduled event. Table seating is general admission and tickets to our Sunset Events are available online through PayPal.
The historic art nouveau Rialto Theater located at 228 E. Fourth Street in downtown Loveland. The Rialto offers 450 comfortable reserved seats on two levels, and is conveniently located near a variety of wonderful dining venues.

The very hip Boulder Theater which has been located in downtown Boulder at 2032 14^th Street since 1936. This historical landmark offers reserved and general admission seating and a full bar. Many locally owned restaurants are a short walk away.

Affectionately known as ‘Avo’s’ by locals in Fort Collins, Avogadro’s Number, located at 605 S. Mason Street in downtown Fort Collins has been a favorite venue featuring great food and entertainment for more than 20 years! The recent addition of a new stage on The Patio offers patrons a great outdoor venue during pleasant weather.
